These Terms and Conditions govern your use of EXOBRIEF, operated by A Star Supply (trading as EXOBRIEF), London, England. By subscribing to EXOBRIEF, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

EXOBRIEF provides automated weekly intelligence briefs for tech founders. Each brief contains competitor signals, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations based on publicly available information. Briefs are delivered by email every Sunday evening.

2. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
Founding member rate of £29/month is locked for the first 100 subscribers
Standard rate is £99/month after founding spots close
Your first brief is delivered free — no payment required to receive it
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@exobrief.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. Free Trial

Your first intelligence brief is delivered free of charge. No credit card is required to receive your first brief. Payment is only required to continue receiving weekly briefs.

5. Intelligence Disclaimer

EXOBRIEF briefs are based on publicly available information processed through AI analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal or recommendation. Briefs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or strategic advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on EXOBRIEF intelligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All EXOBRIEF briefs are for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish EXOBRIEF intelligence without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXOBRIEF's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the six months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from use of our service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EXOBRIEF to:

Monitor individuals for personal or unlawful purposes
Resell or redistribute intelligence without permission
Attempt to reverse engineer our systems

9. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify the EXOBRIEF service, pricing (for new subscribers), or these terms with 30 days notice. Founding member pricing is locked and will not increase.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved by informal negotiation first, followed by arbitration in London, England.
